Standard Website Launch Scope

This Standard Website Launch Scope describes ViralReach LLC’s standard website-launch package for qualifying home-service businesses.

Unless a proposal, order, checkout, or written statement of work says otherwise, the standard package is currently offered at:

$1,497 One-Time

The standard package is designed for established local home-service businesses that need a modern, conversion-focused website without substantial custom software development or unusually complex requirements.

What Is Included

The standard Website Launch generally includes:

Website Design and Build

A professionally designed, responsive business website customized for Client’s company, branding, primary services, and service area.

Mobile Optimization

Responsive presentation and usability for common desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.

Conversion-Focused Structure

Calls to action, contact paths, service-request opportunities, click-to-call functionality where appropriate, and layout intended to make it easy for prospective customers to take action.

Standard Business Pages

A reasonable collection of core pages appropriate to the business, which may include a homepage, core services, service areas, about/company information, contact content, and other standard pages determined during the build.

The exact page count and page structure may vary based on the Client and the approved design.

Service Content

Implementation of standard service information based on Client-supplied information, approved business information, available public information, and content developed or adapted during the project.

Lead Capture

Standard inquiry, contact, quote-request, or service-request functionality appropriate to the project.

CRM/Form Connection

Connection of supported website lead forms to the designated CRM or lead-management destination where included in the implementation.

Foundational Technical SEO

Reasonable foundational setup including page titles, metadata, heading structure, indexability considerations, internal linking, image optimization considerations, and other basic technical search-readiness measures.

Structured Data / Schema Foundation

Implementation of appropriate basic structured data where technically supported and relevant to the project.

Local and AI Search Readiness

Reasonable organization of business, service, and geographic information to improve machine readability and support traditional search and AI-assisted discovery.

This is optimization work, not a guarantee of ranking or inclusion.

Analytics or Tracking Foundation

Basic supported tracking or analytics configuration where requested and where Client provides or authorizes the required account access.

Standard Launch QA

Reasonable pre-launch review of major pages, common mobile layouts, principal links, forms, calls to action, basic business information, and other launch-critical functionality.

Domain Connection / Launch Assistance

Reasonable assistance connecting the completed website to Client’s approved domain where applicable and technically supported.

Client Responsibilities

Client must provide or approve accurate business information needed for the website, including services, service areas, phone numbers, email addresses, hours, logos, branding, promotions, licensing information where relevant, photographs or other assets when requested, and any legal or regulated claims specific to Client’s business.

Client represents that it has authority to use any materials it supplies.

Delays in Client information, approvals, credentials, or requested assets may delay completion or launch.

Revisions

The standard package includes reasonable revisions during the normal review and approval process.

The intent is to refine and complete the agreed website—not to provide unlimited redesign cycles or repeated changes in creative direction.

Material redesigns or new requirements introduced after substantial work has been completed may be treated as additional scope.

What Is Not Included

Unless specifically stated in writing, the standard $1,497 Website Launch does not include:

  • e-commerce stores or complex product catalogs;

  • custom web applications or SaaS development;

  • large database-driven systems;

  • extensive custom coding;

  • complex membership portals;

  • unusually large websites or extensive page counts;

  • extensive migration of legacy websites or databases;

  • substantial manual migration of large blogs or content libraries;

  • professional photography or video production;

  • extensive custom illustration or animation;

  • large-scale original copywriting engagements;

  • paid advertising management or advertising spend;

  • ongoing full-service SEO campaigns;

  • guaranteed search rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue;

  • third-party subscription fees, premium software, licenses, domains, telecom usage, or other vendor charges unless expressly included;

  • complex third-party API integrations;

  • custom regulatory, medical, legal, financial, or industry-compliance review;

  • functionality not reasonably contemplated by the approved standard project.

If requested work falls outside the standard scope, ViralReach may provide separate pricing before performing that work.

Custom and Complex Projects

The $1,497 price is a standard-package price, not a universal price for every website.

Projects involving substantial custom development, advanced integrations, e-commerce, multi-location architecture, major content migration, specialized applications, significant custom functionality, enterprise requirements, or other unusual complexity may be quoted separately.

Any different project fee will be disclosed and authorized before work begins.

Website Care and AI Growth Are Separate

The Website Launch fee covers the initial website project.

Ongoing managed services are separate unless expressly included in an order.

Available recurring services may include:

Website Care — $297/month, when offered at that rate.

AI Growth — $497/month, when offered at that rate.

AI Growth may include Website Care plus Tara AI Receptionist, supported AI voice/chat capabilities, lead capture and qualification, CRM routing, follow-up workflows, reputation systems, and AI-search optimization.

Payment of the Website Launch fee does not by itself begin recurring monthly billing.

A recurring service begins only after the applicable plan is selected or otherwise authorized and the agreed production go-live or activation date occurs.

Ownership

Client retains ownership of Client-supplied logos, trademarks, photographs, copy, and other Client-owned materials.

After payment of applicable project amounts, Client receives the right to use the completed Client-specific branded website implementation.

ViralReach retains ownership of its reusable technology, templates, development systems, prompts, AI-agent architecture, Tara framework, widgets, workflows, automation logic, CRM frameworks, methods, processes, and generalized know-how.

Third-Party Services

Some website features may depend on third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, CRM systems, analytics providers, AI services, or other technology vendors.

Third-party outages, restrictions, policy changes, price changes, or technical limitations may affect availability or implementation.

No Performance Guarantee

Search rankings, Maps placement, AI-search inclusion, traffic, calls, leads, appointments, conversions, sales, and revenue are influenced by numerous factors outside ViralReach’s control.

The Website Launch therefore does not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic level, lead volume, revenue result, or return on investment.

Acceptance

This Standard Website Launch Scope is incorporated into the ViralReach Website + AI Services Terms when referenced by an applicable order, checkout, proposal, or service authorization.

By purchasing the Standard Website Launch after being presented with this Scope and the ViralReach Website + AI Services Terms, Client acknowledges and agrees to both.
